The board of directors of South Mississippi Housing & Development Corp. announces the appointment of Judith Jones Moran as CEO and president of the Gulfport-based affordable housing nonprofit. Moran, who was approved by unanimous vote by the 15-member board, has served as interim president since early 2014.
