SBA Advocacy Office Urges Reconsideration of EPA Rule

The Small Business Administration’s Office of Advocacy has submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency a petition to reconsider the Steam Electric Power Plant Effluent Limitations Guidelines, became final on Sept. 30, 2015. The regulation imposes technology-based standards on power plants operating as utilities to control wastewater under the Clean Water Act.
