A subcommittee of the House Education and the Workforce Committee, chaired by Rep. Brett Guthrie (R-KY), holds a hearing on implementing the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (PL 113-218), with a focus on apprenticeship programs funded by the law at the Labor Dept.’s Employment and Training Administration.
