New CCCR Planned for Georgia-based Liberal Arts College

Berry College, located near Rome, GA, will be the site of the new continuing care retirement community (CCRC), which will be built on undeveloped college land adjacent to the college’s main campus. The CCRC, opening in 2019, will overlook a pristine 88-acre lake, with unobstructed views of Lavender Mountain and within a 5-minute drive of the region’s highly regarded medical centers.
