The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has finished drafting final rules that modify requirements for coverage of certain preventive health services without cost sharing. The rules implement provisions of the Affordable Care Act designed to guarantee that certain preventive health services are covered under non-grandfathered group health plans and health insurance coverage.
