The folks at San Clemente, CA-based Landzilla.com have figured out a unique way to capture a chunk of the recreational land sales business without having to make a major start-up investment. The company, which has been around since 2002, has just launched a new full-service website that features listings of affordable parcels of recreational land for sale throughout the United States.
